From Digital Measuring to CNC Cutting
Custom fireplace cladding and fire tables place high demands on planning and manufacturing. To ensure that all components fit together perfectly during installation, precise measuring is the essential foundation.
For this project, the entire contour was captured digitally with Solaflex. All relevant dimensions were recorded directly on-site and converted into a true-to-scale drawing.
The special advantage:
The captured data could be exported directly as a DXF file and used for CNC cutting.
This eliminated additional data preparation steps. The cladding components could be manufactured directly based on the digital measuring data.
