Precise Cut-Outs Without Rework
Large-format shower wall panels with niches and cut-outs require extremely accurate measuring. Even minor deviations can lead to installation problems.
For this project, several shower wall panels made from large-format tiles were produced, including a recessed niche and multiple cut-outs.
Typical Challenge:
Large-format panels leave little room for error. All cut-outs must be positioned with absolute precision, as on-site rework is often difficult or impossible.
The Solaflex Solution:
The entire surface was measured digitally and captured as an accurate contour.
All cut-outs and details were integrated directly into the digital measurement.
